We are a small independent distillery situated in Grose Vale NSW Australia which outlooks the Blue Mountains & Devils Wilderness.The sole owners/distillers of Karu are Nick & Ally, a husband & wife team who share the same love for the art of spirit production.So far we have released our gin “Affinity” which explores the flavours of Australian grown botanicals and featuring some old favourites to bring you a different twist on a classic spirit.Enjoy responsibly!
