Adrian is local, living in the hinterland of Richmond.
Adrian has recently changed careers and now, being a true “foodie”, makes all this produce himself, using local produce wherever possible.
He is planning on increasing his range of stuffed olives and jam and developing a range of savory condiments. Also there are cherries and peaches currently marinating in Vodka and Brandy. (Editor – don’t know about all the customers out there – but I’m salivating!!.) Not to mention the beef jerky and roast garlic. To top it off, a selection of salami’s – including black pudding.
I can’t mention too much, there is a lot left to surprise everyone that visits the marquee – sensational!
